In 2023, 240 children experienced the transformative magic of PLAYpass, yet the demand is on the rise, with approximately 260 more children eagerly awaiting their turn on our waitlist. Unfortunately, their dreams and passions are currently on hold until more funding becomes available.

PLAYpass is dedicated to opening doors to the world of sports and recreation for underserved youth in Boulder County.
By offering non-cash vouchers/scholarships, PLAYpass empowers low-income youth in Boulder County to participate in approved sports and recreation programs hosted by Service Providers.
Beyond financial assistance, we deliver personalized support, access, and advocacy to enhance each child's experience. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to participation, fostering a healthy, active lifestyle.

WHAT A PLAYPASS CAN DO
PLAYpasses can be redeemed at 24 unique service providers around Boulder County. There is a large array of sport and recreation programs to choose from, including soccer, baseball, ballet, aerial dance, outdoor adventure camps, martial arts, swimming, and MORE!
Our PLAYpass team is always working to partner with more service providers around town in order to expand our offerings and ensure that all Boulder County youth can access a sport or recreation program that they are passionate and excited about. Through these efforts, we hope to help children build a healthy relationship with movement and an active lifestyle!
