Sophia is a strategic, adaptive leader in the social sector whose career has centered on equity, justice, and dismantling the systems that disenfranchise communities - values that drew her to the work with PLAY Boulder. She currently serves as Vice President of Programs at Philanthropy Together, advancing the global collective philanthropy movement.

Through her venture, Negotiate with Sophia (NWS), she advises organizations on scaling operations and missions equitably and efficiently. A Social Worker and experienced facilitator, Sophia holds an MSW (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Chicago and was a Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School.
