Jeny Padilla (she/her)

PLAYpass Bilingual Program & Outreach Assistant

Jeny Padilla describes herself as a community organizer and social justice advocate with deep roots in Boulder County. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a minor in Marketing, from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is passionate about understanding the intersectionality of social issues and identities as they relate to the overall well-being of communities.

Jeny has been involved in multiple community projects since 2017, when she was just a junior in high school. Her journey started with on the ground work like canvassing, phone banking, and sharing testimonies. Driven by a calling to serve, Jeny uses her lived experiences and professional skills to connect historically marginalized communities with the resources they need to thrive.

At the PLAY Boulder Foundation, she aims to strengthen community support through language access, collaborative partnerships, and an equity-driven approach.

Outside of her work, Jeny enjoys comedy shows, concerts, and painting.
